Being new to the area, I like to network with other local businesses to see how we may benefit one another. Recently I had the pleasure of speaking to Andy at Tampa Bat POS (Point of sale) to learn about what they do. I was very impressed with the quick reply to my questions and the extra time Andy took to help me understand some issues we were dealing with.

I am a strong believer in customer service. Treating customers well creates loyalty, and without loyal customers, we could not survive as businesses.
